Our Methodology

For every training program, we work in close associations with our clients on three stages:

Pre- Intervention (Before)

At this stage we understand specific training goals from top management and do training need analysis (TNA). We meet with stakeholders to understand their expectations from the training program and to gauge their level of support. We then customize programs depending on the learning styles of the participants.

Intervention (During)

Depending on the learning styles of the participants, we deliver experiential and highly interactive trainings.

Post Intervention (After)

We do post training follow up sessions with participants to reinforce key learnings and provide support on their queries that they may have while practically implementing the concepts on  their job. To the management, we provide participants’ feedback and provide ROI of the training program.

Our workshops are solution focused. We use highly effective ADDIE also known as ISD (Instructional System Design) model for our program design and delivery. A range of training methodologies are used such as role plays, management games, case studies, group as well as individual exercises, discussions etc.
