Founder and CEO
Anumeha has more than 6 years of experience in Talent Management, HR Operations, Training and Development, Employee Engagement and Business Partnering in large MNCs. She has hands on experience in setting up of HR department and designing and implementing HR Policies and procedures.
She holds a master’s degree (MBA) in HR from Mumbai University and bachelors degree (B.E) in Electronics and Telecommunication from Pune University.
She is a soft skill trainer, Image Consultant and HR professional. She is certified in TTT (Certification from National Accreditation Board for Education and Training – NABET and SQA accredited TTT from ICBI).
She is an avid learner. Her mantra is “Never stop learning if you don’t want to stagnate in life”!
Desmond has over two decades of hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources Management. He has had successful stints at topnotch organisations. His expertise is in Compensation and Employee Benefits, HR Operations, HRBP, Designing & implementation of HR policies, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Manpower Planning, Statutory Compliance, Payroll Administration and Process Development.
He has driven and managed Employee Transition in Merger and Acquisition of Diverse companies. He brings in lots of experience in Managing Employee Lifecycle, Process automation and special projects to enhance Employee Value Proposition.
He holds a master’s degree (MBA) in Finance from Pune University and bachelors degree in commerce from Pune University.
His core strength is his strong analytical skills. He is a Strategist by heart.
